The room was comfortable, although we wished for more side tables and lamps. Despite a small issue with the microwave not working, the overall amenities were sufficient for our needs. If the hotel were closer to public transportation, we would definitely consider staying again in the future.

The room was spacious, great for families. Breakfast had tasty options, but could use more variety. Location was a bit of a walk from the metro, but convenient off the highway. Staff friendly, though some maintenance and service issues. Overall comfortable stay, would return.

We were in Alexandria for 1 day, had enjoyable stay, the hotel was spotlessly clean with perfect location close to the Huntington Metro station. Property offered lots of meals for bagged breakfast.

By and large, it was decent base for sightseeing in Alexandria, had much fun. The location was favourable, not too far away from Cameron Run. Moreover, there was a lake within 40 mins walk from the hotel.

The breakfast certainly should be included.

The friendly older lady who checked us in made our Friday arrival special. The room was clean, spacious, and in a great location. Parking was ample, and the larger breakfast area had good options. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, and daily room cleaning and breakfast quality varied.

Staff at the front desk was top-notch – they sorted us out with toothbrushes which we bloomin' forgot. Free parking was fab, and the room comfy as anything - helpful friendly staff too. 🌞 Chill out on the sun loungers and take a break in the tv room - perfect way to relax! Would've liked a bit more variety with the brekkie meats, but no biggie overall, would defo stay again!

Water pressure was high, and the A/C worked well. However, the front desk staff had mixed reviews, with one not being friendly about the pool, and another not handling a bedbug situation well. The breakfast was hit or miss, with better options on Sunday compared to Monday. The indoor pool was out of service during the stay. Ultimately, the hotel had some positive aspects but also room for improvement in staff friendliness and breakfast consistency.

Everything is nice, I loved it. There is lots of appetising food for breakfast. Unbeatable location, an easy walk to Belle Haven Park.

I personally found the wet bar area a bit small, but I can see how others might still find it convenient.

I chose this hotel for attending a corporate offsite because it provides excellent conference space and meeting rooms, along with complimentary wired Internet access, a 24-hour business center, and express check-in. The staff was accommodating and the location was convenient for my business needs.

The only service I missed for my work was a lack of available printer or copy services, which would have been useful for my corporate offsite needs.
